Andres made time during his recent trip with his daughters to Spain to stop by Disfrutar, a restaurant within a restaurant run by three former El Bulli staff. Here, the Andres family enjoyed elaborate deconstructed dishes inspired by El Bulli that keep its spirit alive today. Here they indulged in elaborate deconstructed meals like olives, tinned seafood, preserved vegetables and sauces served alongside sherry. This experience can be reserved from Tuesday through Saturday with reservations available three months in advance.
